DMCA Copyright Policy for Protidinislam Finance

Welcome to the official Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy page for Protidinislam Finance, accessible at finance.protidinislam.com. This website operates under the leadership and vision of our founder, Mizanur Rahman Hridoy, and is deeply committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in digital publishing.

As a premium platform dedicated to providing Sharia-compliant wealth management resources, Halal business ideas, and Islamic banking guides for audiences primarily in South Africa, Nigeria, and around the globe, we take intellectual property (IP) rights extremely seriously. We respect the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to respect our own comprehensive guides, exclusive Zakat calculators, and detailed financial blueprints.

It is our strict policy to respond promptly to clear, legally valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, as well as other applicable global intellectual property laws. We are also fully compliant with the stringent publisher policies required by the Google Ad Manager (AdX) network, which mandates that all content monetized on our platform must be original and legally authorized.

1. What is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service providers in case of copyright infringement. While our corporate desk is based in South Africa and our primary audience spans across the African continent and the global Muslim Ummah, we voluntarily adhere to the DMCA framework as it represents the global gold standard for handling digital copyright disputes in a fair, structured, and efficient manner.

This policy outlines the precise information required to submit a valid DMCA Takedown Notice to our team, as well as the procedure for submitting a Counter-Notification if you believe your content has been wrongfully removed from Protidinislam Finance.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of one, and you possess a good faith belief that any content, image, text, or financial tool hosted on Protidinislam Finance infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice. To be fully effective and legally actionable, your notification must be provided in writing and must include the following specific elements:

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on a single online site are covered by a single notification, please provide a comprehensive, representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the Infringing Material: Explicit identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. You must provide information reasonably sufficient to permit our administrative team to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs leading directly to the allegedly infringing Halal banking article, image, or text snippet).
  • Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party. This must include your full legal name, a valid mailing address, a telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail (email) address at which you can be contacted.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Penalty of Perjury Statement: A definitive statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that under applicable legal frameworks, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to severe liability for damages. Do not make false claims. If you are unsure whether material on Protidinislam Finance infringes your copyright, we strongly recommend consulting an attorney before sending a notice.

All DMCA Takedown Notices and intellectual property inquiries should be directed to our designated Copyright Agent at our Legal and Support Desk. For the fastest resolution, we highly recommend sending your notice via email.

4. Our Process Upon Receiving a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a fully compliant DMCA Takedown Notice, the editorial and administrative team at Protidinislam Finance will take the following actions:

  • Investigation: We will conduct a swift internal review to locate the specified material.
  • Removal: We will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material from our active URLs.
  • Notification: We will notify the content provider, user, or contributing author who supplied the allegedly infringing material that we have removed or disabled access to the content.
  • AdX Protection: We will ensure that the removal is logged to protect our network’s compliance with Google Ad Manager guidelines, maintaining the E-E-A-T integrity of our platform.

5. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you are a contributor to Protidinislam Finance or a user who believes that the material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not actually infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a Counter-Notification to our designated agent.

To be legally valid, your Counter-Notification must be in writing and must include the following information:

  • Your Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the specific location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Details: Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Jurisdictional Consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal or local courts located within South Africa (or your current legal jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

If a valid Counter-Notification is received by our Copyright Agent, Protidinislam Finance may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the original copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, at our sole discretion.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Protidinislam Finance has adopted a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access and contribution rights of users, guest writers, or authors who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Mizanur Rahman Hridoy and the management team are committed to ensuring that our platform remains a 100% original, Sharia-compliant hub for financial education.

Any author found repeatedly copying content from other financial institutions or Islamic scholars without proper authorization will be permanently banned from the platform, and all their published materials will be subject to immediate deletion.

7. Modifications to This Policy

Protidinislam Finance reserves the right to modify, alter, or update the contents of this DMCA Policy page at any time and for any reason to ensure ongoing compliance with international copyright laws and Google publisher regulations. We encourage all users and copyright owners to frequently check back on this page for any changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified policy.

8. Final Word on Content Originality
